Scotch Mixology Recipes

The Colonial

  • 3 oz. Oban Little Bay
  • 1 oz. Benedictine DOM
  • dash bitters: – Angostura and Orange

DIRECTIONS

Stir over ice and pour into a chilled glass.

Monkey Mojito

  • 1½ oz. Monkey Shoulder Scotch
  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. sugar syrup
  • dash Angostura Bitters
  • 12 mint leaves
  • ginger ale

DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients to a glass except ginger ale. Muddle mint leaves well. Add crushed ice and stir. Top off with ginger ale to taste.

  • Cragganmore 12 Year Old Single Malt
  • ¾ oz. Dolin Sweet Vermouth
  • dash – Peychaud's Bitters
  • cherry for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and then strain into cocktail glass. A cherry for garnish and you're good to go!

12 Drummers Drumming

  • 1 oz. Drambuie
  • 2 oz. Famous Grouse Blended Scotch
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

DIRECTIONS

Stir ingredients with ice until well-chilled in a mixing glass, then strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon peel, twisting it over the drink before you serve to release its citrus oils.
