DIRECTIONS
Stir over ice and pour into a chilled glass.
Put all ingredients to a glass except ginger ale. Muddle mint leaves well. Add crushed ice and stir. Top off with ginger ale to taste.
Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and then strain into cocktail glass. A cherry for garnish and you're good to go!

Stir ingredients with ice until well-chilled in a mixing glass, then strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon peel, twisting it over the drink before you serve to release its citrus oils.
